Ísland tekur þátt í „Evrópska menningararfsárinu“ og er þema ársins á Íslandi strandmenning. Í tilefni af því verður ganga um Öndverðarnes en þar er hægt að sjá kjalför og aðrar minjar um strandmenningu. Sæmundur Kristjánsson mun leiða gönguna og fræða okkur um strandmenninguna á Öndverðarnesi. Brottför er frá bílastæðinu við Öndverðarnes, lengd um 1,5- 2 klst.
